Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must therefore cancel. We reserve the full right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason without further explanation.

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, material inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

We will contact you if all, partial or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept and process your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged; the said amount will be reversed back into your credit card account.

Please note in some cases banks require up-to 4 working days for payments to be reversed to their customers in reversing charges. RUSTIC AGRO SOLUTIONS AND CONSULTANTS is not liable for any delays in these cases.

Shipping Details

Shipping for International orders is chargeable extra at actual cost.

Shipment time of the order starts from the day of receipt of the payment against it.

Though we use some of India’s largest logistics companies& postal services (GOI)  for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach and efficiency. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your goods reach you.

Kindly take note- During festivals, pandemics, unforeseen calamities or adverse weather conditions your shipment could get delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.

Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. IST are processed the following business day Monday through Friday. Holiday and Weekend orders are processed the following business day.

Additional Information 

  • Orders cannot be shipped to international, APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses.
  • All orders are subject to verification.
  • For your protection overnight shipping may require a customer signature upon delivery.
  • Shipping fees / Cash on delivery charges are not refundable should a purchase be returned.
  • Shipping addresses are limited to one address per order.

Shipping methods and costs:

Shipping restriction:

  1. Any items notified by our courier companies to be restricted and/or banned and/or prohibited which may change from time to time (including but not limited to animals, bullion, currency, bearer from negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms or parts thereof and ammunition, human remains, pornography and illegal narcotics/drugs).
  2. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
  3. All orders require a clear signature upon receipt.

When do we deliver:

Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. IST are processed the following business day Monday through Friday. Holiday, Festivals and Weekend orders are processed the following business day.

All domestic orders will take about 8-9 working days from the time the order is placed to the date of dispatch.

International orders take a minimum of 13-15 business days from the time the order is placed to the date of dispatch.

Taxes and stamp duties:

For Indian Customers product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties and are shown separately in the invoices for accounting purpose .

For International Customers:

Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Cancellation And Refund Policies

Can I Return A Product If I’m Not Satisfied?

Yes, you can return a product to us provided you have taken care not to tamper with it or mishandle it.

The product should be in saleable condition with the original packaging & accessories. Depending on the product ordered we may provide a replacement without asking for a return.

Note that return shipment has to be booked by the customer for instances where the customer is not satisfied with the item.
